The quarry workers reach up to the sky….

I was in Barre, VT. over the September 11, 2011 weekend. I spent a somber, deliberate 2 hours walking deep into Wells-Lamsen, the first granite quarry opened in the US (1812). I was deliberate because the high ledge wall areas jut out at crazy angles, reaching up and ready to break off and tumble down.
